"Several years ago while I was Managing Director and CEO at Maxxium Russia, we instituted a journey of culture change. Within the last three years we had occasions to change two key management team directors. It was a very difficult search because the candidate had to have foreign multinational corporate experience and specific personality traits to successfully fit with the culture. That is because he is personally involved at every way point along the journey that is a senor search engagement. He has deep knowledge of how senior teams (should) work, and a good grasp of leadership, which is such an important but intangible trait for senior candidates."
